Returns Policy - PES 30-Days Money Back Guarantee

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. You will get a full refund for the faulty with manufacturer's defect. For the incorrect choice of purchase or change of mind, 15% restocking fee will apply from the credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Photo Equipment Store warrant that any product sold by us will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the invoice/receipt date (which must be presented upon claiming warranty), or such longer period as may be offered by us in any particular case. Warranty on goods varies depending on the product and the manufacturer. We will handle warranty claims but the actual warranty is provided by the manufacturer and all decisions regarding misuse and voided warranties are entirely up to the manufacturer. Please note that all warranty claims and returns must be accompanied by a valid invoice/receipt.

If any defects in materials or workmanship in a product we have sold are identified and notified to us within the specified warranty period then we will, at our option, either repair or replace the product. Goods return is at the discretion of Photo Equipment Store and may not be returned without prior arrangement.

Our liability under this warranty is subject to us being satisfied that a defect was caused by defective workmanship or materials, and was not caused by other factors, or circumstances including (but not limited to) accidental or malicious damage, alteration or modification, defective installation, maintenance or repair of the product in a manner not recommended by the manufacturers. No claim will be admitted if the product has not been used and maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. In no circumstances Photo Equipment Store is liable for special, indirect or consequential loss or damages due to defective products.

If any item is returned to us by post for manufacturer defects and the claim is subsequently found to be false or wrong, postage for the return of goods shall be borne by the customer and must be paid for before the item is returned.
