Returns Policy - PES 30-Days Money Back Guarantee
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. You will get a full refund for the faulty with manufacturer's defect. For the incorrect choice of purchase or change of mind, 10% restocking fee will apply for the refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Warranty Policy - Local Warranty, Service and Support
All products sold by Photo Equipment Store are covered by a 12 Months Australian Warranty. This can be either the Manufacturers warranty or a Photo Equipment Store Warranty depending on the products origin.
The warranty itself is a "Manufacturers faults, defects, parts and labour warranty". This means that any fault that is deemed to be due to manufacturing will be covered by the warranty for any parts and labor required to fix it. In some cases when the cost of repair outweighs that of a replacement, a suitable replacement product may be offered.
How does it work
Simply. If you have a product that you believe to be faulty under warranty then make contact with us straight away. Submit a ticket from Contact Us page and one of our staff will contact you with in 48 hours to arrange the returns.
The cost to return the product to us is your responsibility, from there Photo Equipment Store will cover the freight to and from the repairer and back to you. This is packaged and freighted to the same high standards as we freighted the product to you originally.
A typical Warranty Repair takes between 2-4 weeks. During this time you will be kept up to date via email on the progress. In the case of spare parts being unavaiable we will work with you to resolve the delay as quickly as possible.
